We continue our virtual sessions with am amazing start to the season….Jesse Engelbrecht.
Jesse is a former touring professional player for over 10-years who, after retiring, turned his hand to coaching and developing players.
Jesse trained and qualified as a High Performance Coach with England Squash and has subsequently progressed to earn a Masters degree in sports psychology in the field of Mental Toughness in Squash. He is the founder of ‘Squash Mind’. www.squashmind.co.uk
He will be taking us on a 40 min zoom session of some important basics for a tough sport mind.
