Herts had 2 teams representing them in the Intercounty Finals Weekend.
The Womens Over 40 team of Kate Bradshaw, Mhairi Dougal, Jo Preston and Helen Walsh won all 4 of their matches in a gruelling 5 team Round Robin.
2-1 victories over Bucks and Warwicks and 3-0 victories over Avon and Essex sealed a well deserved National Title for Herts.
The Mens Over 55 team, seeded 7th, took out 2nd seeds Cheshire 4-1 on Saturday morning and followed it up with a 3-2 victory over Avon in the afternoon.
For the final against Yorkshire on Sunday morning the team was missing numbers 2 and 3, and lost 4-1.
Overall, 1 title and 1 runner up was a great weekend for Herts Squash.
